6. No Guarantee of Complete Security

ValerityIT works to reduce technology and security risk through practical controls, monitoring, remediation, and consulting. However, no IT system, cybersecurity program, backup process, or cloud environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or free from future incidents.

7. Third-Party Tools and Vendors

Some services may involve third-party vendors, software, platforms, hosting providers, security tools, cloud services, or licensing providers. ValerityIT is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, licensing changes, service interruptions, or vendor-controlled limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, copy, graphics, layouts, and materials created by ValerityIT remain the property of ValerityIT unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. You may not copy, resell, or misuse website content without permission.
